Buying art online should feel as safe as buying it in a gallery. Here is how payment works at our checkout and how your details are protected.

Ways to pay

Depending on your location and device, checkout accepts:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
• Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
• PayPal

All prices are charged in U.S. dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank handles the conversion and may add its own fee.

How your payment is protected

• Our checkout is run by Shopify, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard for handling card data.
• Every page of our site, including checkout, is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Your card details go straight to the payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your bank may ask you to confirm some payments with a code or app approval, which adds another layer of protection.

When you're charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If we are unable to fulfil it, we refund the full amount to the same payment method.

Spotting scams

We will never ask for your card number, password or bank details by email or social media message. If you receive a message claiming to be from Lumenwillow that asks for these, don't reply; forward it to info@lumenwillow.com.
