Canvas travels well when it's packed properly, and ours are. Here's what shipping costs, how long it takes and what happens along the way.

A single 24 x 36 in canvas ($119.99) ships free on its own, and so does any pair of 16 x 20 in canvases.

Business days run Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Busy seasons, severe weather and customs checks can occasionally add a few days, and delivery dates are estimates rather than promises.
How your canvas is packed
Each canvas is wrapped face-first in protective film, fitted with rigid corner guards and boxed snugly so it cannot shift in transit. Larger sizes travel in a double-walled carton.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves us you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If it hasn't moved for several days, let us know and we'll chase the carrier.
Orders outside the U.S.
We ship to most countries. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient on arrival; they are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away; we can correct it as long as the order hasn't shipped. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier.
Damage in transit
If your canvas arrives damaged, send a photo to info@lumenwillow.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it at no cost. Details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
