Your Privacy Choices

Lumenwillow does not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising cookies, such as the Meta pixel, which some U.S. state laws treat as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out of that here.

Opt out of targeted advertising

You have three simple ways to do it:

1. Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out for that browser, with nothing more for you to do.
2. Cookie settings. Where a cookie banner appears, choose to decline advertising and analytics cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
3. Email us. Write to info@lumenwillow.com with the subject "Do not sell or share" and the email address you shop with. We'll apply the opt-out to your customer record.

What changes when you opt out

We stop passing your browsing activity to advertising partners like Meta for targeted ads. You may still see Lumenwillow ads, but they won't be based on what you did on our site. Essential cookies that run your bag and checkout keep working.

Other requests

You can also ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe you from marketing emails. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, too. We'll respond within the time the law requires and never penalise you for making a request.

Authorised agents

Someone you have authorised can make a request on your behalf. We may ask for proof of that permission and confirm your identity with you directly.
